Hidden Insights Digital is a sole trader business based in Victoria, Australia (ABN: 76 145 810 383).
The specific scope, timeline, and fees for any project will be agreed upon in writing (including via email) prior to any work commencing. We reserve the right to decline any enquiry at our discretion.
Quotes are valid for 30 days. Invoices are due within 14 days. Overdue amounts may incur 10% annual interest, calculated daily.
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and timely information, access, and materials reasonably required for us to perform the services. Delays caused by failure to provide required materials or approvals may result in revised timelines or additional fees. You are responsible for ensuring that any materials, data, or content you provide to us do not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party, and that you have the authority to share them with us for the purposes of the engagement.
Upon receipt of full payment, all deliverables created specifically for you under a paid engagement (such as reports, strategies, and written recommendations) become your property. We retain ownership of all underlying tools, templates, and methodologies.
Both parties agree to keep non-public information shared during the engagement private. This obligation does not apply to information that is publicly available.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the total fees paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for any indirect losses or damage, or for the outcomes of business decisions you make based on our analysis or advice.
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
